Projects that bring people of different ages together facilitate relationships that can enhance the quality of life for all. These projects can dispel negative stereotypes and myths about older and younger persons. They can promote constructive intergenerational relationships. There is often a certain magic when young and old become friends! Everyone gets an opportunity to give; share stories, experiences, wisdom and talents and care for one another and build up or maintain personal and social skills.
